Light A Soul Support Services recognises that individuals with disabilities may require assistance with daily life tasks in a group or shared living arrangement to promote their independence and enhance their quality of life. Our SIL service is designed to provide professional support and care in a group or shared living environment, fostering a safe, supportive, and inclusive community for individuals with disabilities.

Our service includes:

  • Personal care tasks such as grooming, hygiene, dressing and toileting.
  • Household tasks such as Cooking, cleaning, laundry and shopping
  • Transportation and Mobility when using a wheelchair, getting in and out of bed and accessing community services.
  • Medication management and administration
  • Budgeting and financial management such as paying bills, Shopping.
  • Social and community Participation including recreational activities, social events and community resources.
  • Communication and socializing such as building Relationships and maintaining connections with family and friends.
  • Emotional Support and counselling such as coping strategies, stress management and mental health support.

These services are designed to provide individuals with the necessary support to live independently and achieve their personal goals while living in a shared living arrangement.
