Our Group / Centre Activities service is designed to provide a supportive and inclusive environment where participants can participate in a variety of group activities, promoting socialization, skill development, and community engagement. These activities may include but are not limited to:

Social and recreational Activities such as Movies, Gamed, sports and hobby groups.
Skills development such as cooking art, music and technology
Education and training such as health and well-being, financial management and career development.
Support groups such as mental health support, disability support and addiction recovery
Advocacy and empowerment by providing information, resources and support to help individuals become more independent, confident and make better decisions.
