At Light A Soul Support Services, we understand that managing household tasks can sometimes be challenging for individuals with disabilities. Our Household Tasks service is designed to provide assistance with various household activities, enabling our participants to maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable living environment. Household Tasks may include but are not limited to:

• Cleaning and tidying up of common areas such as the living room, kitchen, and bathroom.
• Laundry assistance, including washing, drying, ironing, and folding clothes.
• Bed-making and changing of bed linens.
• Meal planning, preparation, and cooking of nutritious meals based on the client’s dietary requirements and preferences.
• Assistance with grocery shopping and running errands such as paying bills, picking up prescriptions, and buying personal care items.
• Providing companionship and emotional support to the client while performing household tasks.
• Providing transportation for medical appointments or other important meetings if needed.
